Check in time is 4:00 PM and check out time is 10:00 AM to allow for cleaning before the next guest arrives. To guarantee a reservation send a check in the amount of $350 ten days after the date of the  booking. A confirmation letter will be mailed upon receipt of your deposit. The balance for the rental is due one month prior to your visit.

*Final pricing will include a cleaning fee of $125, a resort fee of $35 and 10% South Carolina accommodation tax.  All fees will be included at booking.
